The complex has seven buildings – three for the hotel and four which are devoted to the strata-titled, three and four-bedroom apartments.
The first Straddie Pub opened in 1962 with material barged to the island.
After 44 years of gathering a loyal following the "first" Pub was demolished in 2006 with the new complex recently completed.
