"Myself and my father own and run the Hotel, Wayne is the old mans name however he is more commonly known as Kratzie, as he is quite a well known personality in the area being not only publican but Deputy Mayor of the Wondai Shire and is also the general manager , breakfast announcer and program director of crow fm 90.7, the leading fm station in the area.

We have owned the Hotel since July 03 and since have made quite a few changes physically to the pub however, have tried to maintain the pubs historic character.

We also staged the biggest event to hit the area last year by staging Jimmy Barnes live in concert opposite the Hotel at the Tingoora sports ground which entertained almost 3000 people.

Due to the success he is back this year (22nd September 2007) and we have upgraded by including some other big acts of James Reyne and Thirsty Merc."

Gdaypubs:
The Tinny Pub was established in July 1900 with Dan and Wayne the fourth owners. The Second Owner, Mr Herb Night, won the Pub in a card Game played on the Pub verandah in 1939 and owned it untill 1997. What an interesting history!
