No Accommodation
Being a really nice and small country town, we're pretty sure that there isn't any accommodation in Veresdale itself. Nearest accommodation would be Beaudesert. Check with the Publican. Could be a B&B nearby.

The Lounge Bar. Pull up a stool and have a chat
Make your own fun at the Veresdale Pub like people from all over do by getting some friends together and having a party in the functions bar. Daphne puts on great tucker.

The original Veresdale Hotel known as the Walton Hotel, was owned by William Everdell when it was built back in 1889. The original Pub is basically now part of the shed next door with this current building being built in the mid 1950's.
There is a divided L shaped bar with the lounge side shown in the photo opposite.
Has the feel of the old Hotels that had converted front rooms into bars so you feel like you are visiting friends. And you soon make friends with the locals.
The Back room which seats 100 is popular for functions with people coming from towns all over to make their event special. The tucker is very very good. Nice folks.
