The Lads certainly enjoyed a beer
A photo that is a favourite with the locals and staff. A weekly beer delivery that stands three kegs high and the length of the Pub.
These were 18 gallon wooden kegs and the Royal was a long, long Pub. The lads certainly enjoyed a beer. Must have amounted to about 30 kegs a day just doing a quick count off the photo.
A figure that most Pubs would now happily aspire to.
